Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work: The scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

Fees and Payment: Fees for services rendered will be outlined in the agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods, will also be specified. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final design work, excluding any third-party assets or licensed materials. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio or promotional materials.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the project’s progress. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and incur additional charges.

Revisions and Approvals: A specified number of revisions will be included in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be subject to additional fees. Final design approval must be provided in writing by the client before delivery or publication.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any fees or expenses incurred up to that point.

Limitation of Liability: The designer’s liability for any damages arising from the project will be limited to the total fees paid by the client. The designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

Acceptance: By engaging the services of the designer, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
